Delivery Information

DELIVERIES TO MAINLAND UK, HIGHLANDS, ISLANDS & NORTHERN IRELAND

We offer Standard Royal Mail 24™ (1st class) on all orders. 

All orders placed before 12.00 noon (GMT) on a working day (Monday – Friday) will be processed and dispatched the same working day (subject to availability), and unless otherwise stated. If your order is received after 12.00 noon (GMT), on weekends or on public holidays, it will be processed the next working day.

MAINLAND UK ESTIMATED DELIVERY COSTS

The price includes the delivery costs.

MAINLAND UK ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

If we have the item on stock, the delivery time should be 3-4 days.

If the item you order is not on stock we expect the delivery time to be approximately 3 weeks.

When ordering you should ensure that you have selected the correct delivery option and completed the delivery and billing addresses correctly.  Mistakes can result in delays in receiving your items. If you have registered with IP-ROCO Limited, you can check the status of your order at any time by visiting your account page.

We are unable to deliver to PO Box or BFPO addresses.

DELIVERIES TO THE CHANNEL ISLANDS

Delivery to the Channel Islands (please refer to customs & sales tax information below) is by Royal Mail. Delivery will take up to 9 - 10 working days depending on your location and a signature will be required upon delivery. Please note we may substitute an alternative courier service for orders consisting of multiple items, large or bulky orders. Our courier service will require a signature.

Please note, we are unable to calculate local customs and sales tax outside the UK and are not liable for these costs. You may be notified by your local customs authority once your order has reached the Channel Islands and they may apply customs and sales tax, which must be paid by you before you receive your goods. Delays can occur in customs which are beyond our control.
